Our Process

Step 1

Our process begins with a 1-hour complementary initial consultation. To make the most of our first meeting, we ask that you complete and return our Pre-Wedding Questionnaire form ahead of time. Other items that are helpful include: any color/fabric swatches you have for reference, photos flowers that you like/dislike (Pinterest is great for research!) and anything else that might be helpful to convey your vision!

Step 2

We will present you with a detailed quote for your wedding flowers within one week of your initial consultation. Your date can be secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit and signing of our booking contract. We accept all major credit cards, cash and check.

Step 3

In addition to your initial meeting, we will also get together four to six weeks from the date of your event to wrap up final details (this can be done on site or over the phone, you choose). Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the event and anything is completely changeable up until that point. We are always available via email and phone call up until the day of your event!

Relax

Love doesn’t need overwhelm and stress, which is where we come in. When you enlist our team, you tell us your love story and we bring it to life in the form of flowers. It’s easy to work with us. Simply fill out our short form - let us know your wedding date and give us a glimpse of your vision. We’ll do a bit of research and schedule time to chat with you about our ideas and then send our contract over. Done!
